Check a recruiter before you respond

Max introduced me to opportunities with Jump.ai and Turnkey (crypto company). I can confirm he works with those companies. He is very kind and pleasant to talk to, and in general it was really nice working with him.

I’ve had several negative interactions with people who work there. All of the roles were software engineering roles in crypto. I spoke with team members from the companies I was interviewing with, and then both the company and the Storm2 recruiter stopped responding. I also spoke with another recruiter (from a different company) who said he left Storm2 and didn’t want to explain why, but mentioned that working there was pretty bad and that they were essentially quite sketchy. If they contact you, I’d proceed with caution.
